Take three deep breaths and settle into your body. Visualize and feel your Tree Ally standing behind you. Breathe deep breaths of strength into your lungs and fill yourself up with healing light.

Use your third eye to visualize your own roots merging with the roots of the Tree Ally as you ground yourself to the earth.
THE POWER OF YOUR DIVINE WILL
Give permission to the Tree Ally to merge with your own Spirit. Say ‘YES’ to the Tree Spirit and be open to the gifts that are given to you.

Ways to Work With the Portal of Strength and the Tree Ally
Align Your Spine and Feel Supported by the Tree Ally
Take a deep breath and settle into your body. Feel and see a huge tree behind you. Sit with your back against the tree. Lean back and feel your back against the tree. Feel the support and strength as you relax and rest. Breathe deeply and give thanks to the Tree Spirit for taking care of you. Feel all your burdens ease as you align with the strength of the tree. Feel sheltered and protected.
Connect to Heaven and Ground to Earth with the Tree Ally
Take a deep breath and ground yourself to the earth plane. Feel and see your Tree Ally standing strong behind you. See roots coming out of the bottom of your feet, linking to the roots of the tree. Feel grounded to the earth.
Connect to the heavenly realms by looking up and opening your crown chakra. See your antenna reaching up to the light. Bring heaven to earth while merging with your Tree Ally. Reach up to the highest peak of your tree and connect with heaven. Bring the light of heaven onto the earth plane to help heal our world.
Closing Remarks
Trees are alive! They emanate a powerful Presence. There is a stillness that radiates out from trees. I have spent the past two years bonding more closely with my neighbourhood trees and it feels incredible.
The Tree Ally is awakening strongly on the planet because we must start respecting and honouring trees as Conscious, Aware Beings of great intelligence and love.
We must realize our interconnectedness and do what we can to preserve the trees that currently exist on the earth and plant new ones.
