I have had the great good fortune of swimming with wild dolphins off the cost of the Big Island in Hawaii about a dozen times.
My very first swim was unforgettable. I was welcomed into the dolphin pod as if I was a long lost member of the group. I was swept away into a group unity field that defies description. My body remembered how to swim like a dolphin and I felt right at home. Was I remembering a past life as a mermaid or as a dolphin ? All I know is that from that first swim, my consciousness changed, my heart opened and I felt more loving and peaceful.
